This is my 6th year teaching 2nd grade at Grace. I really enjoy teaching, and I especially enjoy teaching students about God. The Easter story is my favorite Bible story because of the sure hope it gives all of us. I grew up in Page, North Dakota, and I attended Moorhead State University and Valley City State University. I live in Fargo with my husband Daryl, my son, Parker, and my cat, Muffy. I have a special love for animals, which I know most kids also have. We learn about many different animals in 2nd grade, and I encourage kids to bring their pets for show and tell. One of my goals this year is for students to learn that God made each one of them in a special way and to see those characteristics in other kids and love them for their uniqueness.
